This Privacy Policy explains how Steady House Buyers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit steadyhousebuyers.netlify.app (the “Site”) or contact us by phone, text message, or email.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as:
- The property address
- The property’s condition and your selling timeline
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Any additional details you include in a message, call, text, or email
Information collected automatically
- Form context. When you submit a form, we also receive the page you submitted it from, the referring website (if any), and campaign parameters in the page address, such as UTM tags or a Google Ads click identifier.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request, which is used to operate and secure the Site.
- Saved form progress. If you start our form, your answers are temporarily saved in your own browser’s session storage so they aren’t lost if the page reloads. This information stays on your device until you submit the form, and it is cleared when you submit or close the browser tab.
- Cookies. The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Depending on the property and circumstances, a transaction may involve another buyer or another transaction structure. In that case, we may share property details, and the contact information needed to complete the transaction, with that buyer or party.
